  • Damaged or Defective Products upon Delivery: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund for the damaged product(s).
  • Product Quality Issues: If the product does not meet our quality standards (e.g., expired, spoiled, or tampered with), we will gladly provide a refund or send a replacement. Please contact us with clear photographic evidence of the issue.

1.2 Incorrect Product Received

  • If you receive an incorrect product (i.e., the item delivered does not match the item you ordered), please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

2. Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If a refund is applicable, we will issue it based on the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any change of mind after the product has been delivered.

  • Opened or Used Products: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Refund: We will process your refund within 15 business days of approval.
  • Replacement: We will send a replacement product to you, subject to availability. If the replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 10 additional business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. The refund process generally takes 15 business days to be completed. However, please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited to the original card.
  • UPI and Wallet Payments: Refunds will be processed to the same UPI ID or wallet account used for the purchase.
  • Bank Transfers: If you made a payment through bank transfer, the refund will be processed to the same bank account used.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you request a cancellation before the shipment, we will issue a full refund. However, once the order has been shipped, it is subject to our Return Policy and cannot be canceled.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Non-Defective Products: Since our products are perishable and cannot be returned once opened, we do not accept returns for change of mind. As such, we do not cover return shipping for non-defective returns.
